Patrick LeRoy - Acting General Manager
Patrick brings to HCH over 35 years experience in the Financial Services Industry (Commercial Banking and Insurance); Information Technology; property/land development consulting and operations management. 
Lisa Syrotenko - Office Administrator In 2022,after the war in Ukraine began, I arrived to Canada with my two sons in search of safety and a fresh start. We were the first family welcomed by Harbour City Homes, and their kindness and support during such a difficult time meant more than words can express. Since then, I have seen how much the company cares about helping people from all walks of life find safe and comfortable homes. Today, I am proud to be part of HCH team as an Office Administrator. It is incredibly meaningful for me to now help others find not just an apartment, but a place they can truly call home. I am grateful to work with a team that values compassion, support and community. 
Jenny Gutierrez - Accounting Manager
Jenny Gutierrez joined Harbour City Homes in June 2019, a month after she and her family landed as new residents of Canada. Jenny earned her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (major in Finance), at De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines. Before starting with HCH Jenny gained more than 12 years of professional experience in in the fields of Financial Management and Accounting. Jenny worked for multi-national companies such as Hongkong & Shanghai Bank, Hyundai, Deutsche Bank & Advance Health Media/IQVIA in the Philippines. With her training from the corporate world, she becomes a keen believer of continuous improvement in the workplace. In her spare time, Jenny loves to spend time with her family and exploring Nova Scotia, their new home. Jenny has recently discovered a new passion, finding new recipes and cooking simple healthy meals. 
Ronald Appling - Property Technician
Ronald Appling, retired from United States Navy after 30 years voluntary service. He is married to Pamela Diane Glasgow of East Preston. Ron has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University in Deland Florida and a Masters Degree in Management from Webster University in Jacksonville Florida. Ron's hobbies include fishing and umpiring recreation Adult and age 12-17 girls fast-pitch softball. 
Tony Elia - Property Technician
Born and raised in Lebanon, Tony immigrated to Halifax in 1990. Before coming to Canada, he studied and received his dual Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Art design. Tony then served in the military. Following his arrival in Canada Tony's priorities was to involve himself within his community and diversify his skills by furthering his education. Over the years, Tony has worn many hats from owning and operating his own grocery business & restaurant, volunteering with in his community church, and being a student. Tony completed his apprenticeship in pipefitting through the NSCC, and has since worked in the building trades serving the greater Halifax area for over 15 years. Tony joined the HCH team in January 2019. Tony has been married to Marcelle for 30 years and are mom and dad to have 3 wonderful children, Joey, Tonya and DJ. |
